Rum Bielle’s distillery follows a tradition of making agricultural rum with pure cane juice. Attentive to the environment, it uses a natural process of evaporation by plants, fermentation of the fresh cane juice without water for seven to ten days (!) and then double distilling in a copper pot still.
Distillery Bielle is now known to be the most advanced distillery on the island of Marie Galante.
